Traning for girls’ rights

More than 100 students from 25 schools in the Metro Central District in Cape Town in South Africa were recently trained to implement the World's Children's Prize Program with the special project Rights and Democracy for One Million Girls. The students were very active and made their own action plans for the months to come. Their efforts will contribute greatly to the project’s goals, to strengthen girls’ rights and combat the commercial exploitation of children. The project is carried out by World’s Children’s Prize in cooperation with ECPAT Sweden, with funding from Svenska PostkodLotteriet (The Swedish PostcodeLottery).
