Artist Loreen Talhaoui is a Patron for the World's Children's Prize, standing up for vulnerable children everywhere.
Loreen Talhaouih has won the Eurovision Song Contest twice! But she is also known for her strong commitment to children's rights and against injustice. That's why she supports the World's Children's Prize.
- It is a great honor for me. We have a lot to learn from the children and I respect them a lot, said Loreen about becoming the patron of the World's Children's Prize. In connection with her first victory in the Eurovision final in Baku, Azerbaijan. met Loreen human rights groups. Later, among other things, she visited Afghanistan where she supported the building of a school.
Loreen was born in Sweden but is proud of her roots with the Berber people in North Africa. With relatives in Morocco, she has also seen poverty and oppression up close, which has strengthened her commitment to vulnerable children.
