Children watching a computer screen in run -down classroom
Video in the classroom

Videos bring the outside world into the classroom and create a more authentic learning experience, which lets learners connect theory to practice.

Videos transfer knowledge, spark questions, and lead students to reflect on their own realities. The WCP videos can be combined with playing educational games, quizzes, and practical learning activities. Here you will for example find interviews and short documentaries about children, Child Rights Ambassadors and Child rights Activists in different parts of the world. They are suitable for both formal and informal educational settings as, for example:

  • Starters to catch learners’ attention and interest.
  • Give a deeper understanding of a topic.
  • As a starting point for assignments or group work.
  • As inspiration for learners to create and share their own media content.

Experience the World’s Children’s Prize program through Kim and Hassan. They show how they work in their school and where they live. You'll get tips and be inspired!

Find videos about children, Child Rights Heroes, and Child Rights Ambassadors around the world here on the video page.
